PitPad™ is Green Rhino’s purpose-built sediment filtration pad for the base of maintenance pits. Engineered to sit directly over channel drains, it captures and retains sediment before it reaches your drainage infrastructure with zero tools, and zero disruption to your maintenance workflow.

• Modular, Full-Pit Coverage: Pads connect end-to-end using hook-and-loop attachment to create a seamless protective run along the full length of any maintenance pit.
• Rapid Installation: Individual pads can be installed or replaced in under 2 minutes with no specialist equipment.
• Built for Rail Depot Conditions: UV-stabilised and temperature-stable from −20 °C to +50 °C.
• Chemically resistant to common depot fluids including AdBlue, coolants and antifreeze.
• Easy to Clean and Maintain: The hydrophobic PVC top surface brushes clean of dry sediment or can be pressure-washed.
• Safety-Designed for Operational Environments: High-visibility yellow webbing edges keep the pad visible in busy depot environments. User instructions are printed directly onto the top surface, reducing the need for separate signage or training materials.
